Quick Answer

Exit Ways currently has 3 maps according to the approved official-source review. This page is a map overview, not a location database yet.

Use it to track what each map guide must verify before the wiki publishes exact extraction points, resource zones, enemy areas, or loot locations.

Current Map Scope

The current confirmed scope is 3 maps.

The map names, extraction routes, resource zones, enemy concentrations, and safe locations still need verification from official material, current in-game observation, or another source that can be checked directly.

What Needs Verification

Each map entry should only be expanded when these fields can be verified:

  • Map name
  • Entry conditions
  • Extraction points
  • Resource zones
  • Loot areas
  • Enemy or infected areas
  • Player-risk areas
  • Safe or lower-risk routes
  • Quest or survivor objective locations
  • Last verified game build or update date

Safe Map-Planning Method

Until exact locations are verified, use a conservative raid plan:

  1. Enter with one objective.
  2. Identify the nearest visible route marker or objective prompt.
  3. Avoid assuming a route is safe because it worked once.
  4. Mark where infected, environmental hazards, or player contact occurred.
  5. Extract with useful loot instead of forcing a full-map clear.
  6. Compare repeated observations before treating a location as reliable.

Needs Verification

The following items are needs verification and should not be published as facts without direct evidence:

  • Exact extraction point names
  • Best loot routes
  • High-value item spawns
  • Enemy spawn formulas
  • Safe zones
  • Map-specific quest chains
  • Any claim that one route is the best route
